An insightful session on Ihsan Trust and Islamic Banking was held at the Textile Institute of Pakistan (TIP) on Thursday, 20th February, 2025. The session featured Mr. Zubair Ahmed – Shariah Board Meember Meezan Bank Ltd, who elaborated on the core principles of Islamic banking, and Mr. Fayyaz ur Rehman Khan GM – Ihsan Trust, who informed the audience about Ihsan Trust, its working and how it help the students in need for their fee payments.

The event was attended by around 150 students alongside senior faculty members of TIP. It provided a comprehensive understanding of Islamic finance and highlighted the impactful initiatives undertaken by Ihsan Trust to support education and social welfare.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, leaving students and faculty with valuable insights into the role of Islamic banking in modern finance.

After the session, Mr. Kamran Ahmed – Finance Manager of TIP, gave the IT and MBL team a visit to the Textile Institute of Pakistan.
